The villa is about 30 minutes from Disneyworld, 30 minutes from SeaWorld and 35 minutes from Universal. In this location you are in a great position to reach your theme park destination in the morning and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion and relaxation after your exertions! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all of the theme parks, shopping and eating out, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day in your own spacious and private villa.

Our home is furnished in a modern, comfortable style, comprising 2 king-size suites, 2 queen suites and 2 twin rooms. There is a fully equipped game room and a large oversized private pool and spa with extended sun deck that benefits from all-day sunshine. The pool deck overlooks a beautiful conservation area where local wildlife can be seen. In all, this is an ideal destination for large family holidays/vacations. There is fun and relaxation for everyone here.

The villa extends to 3,517 square feet.

Cable TV, wireless internet and free local telephone calls are included in our villa. The locks are electronic smart locks. The community of Watersong is a gated community with 24 hour security.

A “Welcome Book” detailing all you need to know about the villa will be available within the villa on your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle free stay.

Pool, Spa and Patio

Featuring an over-size pool with spa (30′ x 15′) this is a lovely area to spend your relaxation-time.

Furnished with 6 sun loungers and a 2 seat bistro set, there is more than enough seating to cater for all of the sun lovers in your party.

For outside dining, evening gathering or for those who want a little shade, there is a 6 chair dining suite and a lounge area under the covered lanai. This is a perfect area to kick back at the end of the day.

The doors to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of the little ones in your party and there is a fabric pool fence as an added safety measure.

For those fancying an evening swim, the pool has underwater lighting on a timer and pool towels are supplied.

Pool/spa heating is available upon request during the booking process. Please note that the spa section of the pool is not independently heated (requires pool heating to be on).

A BBQ grill is on site in the enclosed patio area. Propane is provided by guests.

Downstairs
In the downstairs area there are the following facilities:

Game Room

Fun for all the family – featuring a pool table (with pool queues for young and old), a foosball table, an air hockey table and a variety of arcade games. There is also a tall stool bistro set for those waiting their turn.

Kitchen Area

A large, open plan kitchen area with large breakfast bar featuring seating for 6, with granite surfaces throughout. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, sink, food disposal, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster and kettle.

Dining Area

Features an 8 seat dining table and chairs.

Family Room/Lounge Area

Features sofa, loveseat and recliner, plus two armchairs and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. An efficient, contemporary ceiling fan will add to your comfort.

Living Area

At the front of the house there is a quiet living area featuring a dining table for 4 and sofa/chair seating for 8.
